7 months agoPhiladelphia Phillies manager Gabe Kapler said he's confident that outfielder Bryce Harper (foot) will be in the lineup for Opening Day after X-rays were negative on his ankle after he was hit by a pitch on Friday. Harper played catch and did some agility work on Saturday and "looked good," per Kapler. He could return to the lineup as early as Sunday, as he wants to get at-bats to work on his timing after signing late. Harper will be fine and will still be an early-round pick in all drafts despite hitting under .250 in his final year with the Nationals.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
