Justin Thomas was among the big-name golfers to miss the cut at the U.S. Open, but outside of majors, he has put together a strong season. He has recorded six top-10 finishes, including a win and two runner-ups. Thomas looks to regain that form at the Travelers Championship, where he has competed nine times, including back-to-back top-10 finishes. To succeed again at TPC River Highlands, he'll need to be sharp off the tee, on approach, and on the greens. Thomas ranks 17th in strokes gained from tee to green (plus-0.869 per round), 12th on approach (plus-0.601), and 15th in putting (plus-0.460). His driving accuracy can be inconsistent, ranking just 126th. However, he ranks in the 99th percentile in proximity from 100–150 yards, a key range accounting for 35.5% of approaches here last year. His ability to bounce back will be tested, but Thomas remains a solid option for fantasy managers this week.--Dakota Legg - RotoBaller
