Bryce Harper Unleashes Two Bombs Sunday
4 years agoPhiladelphia Phillies outfielder Bryce Harper went 2-for-4 with two solo home runs in the 12-2 loss to the Colorado Rockies on Sunday, accounting for the team's only two runs of the game. The lefty slugger now has six long balls on the season and is slashing .338/.471/.662 with four doubles, 17 runs scored, 10 RBI and one stolen base in 85 plate appearances. The 28-year-old is looking very solid at the start of the 2021 season, and fantasy managers should be encouraged that he can keep this level of play up as long as he can avoid nagging injuries. He also has an 18 percent walk rate, 18 percent strikeout rate, .370 BABIP and 182 wRC+ in 19 games to begin the 2021 campaign. Harper is a must-start on a daily basis.
