Bryce Harper Not In Sunday's Lineup
9 months agoPhiladelphia Phillies first baseman Bryce Harper is not in Sunday's starting lineup against the Atlanta Braves and left-hander Chris Sale. In Harper's place, Alec Bohm will move across the diamond to first base and bat third, while Edmundo Sosa draws the start at the hot corner and will hit seventh for the Phillies. There hasn't been any mention of an injury for Harper after he fell over the dugout railing during Saturday's game, but we'll keep an eye on it heading into next week. It could just be a routine day off for the former MVP against a tough lefty after he's started the 2024 season going 0-for-6 with a stolen base in the team's first two games. Fantasy managers in single-season leagues need to make sure to remove Harper from their lineups before first pitch on Sunday.
