New York Giants edge rusher Brian Burns (general soreness) returned to the practice field on Sunday after a collision with wide receiver Wan'Dale Robinson led to both players leaving practice on Friday. Giants coach Brian Daboll said that Burns' snaps in practice could be limited as a precaution, but that he had not suffered any structural injuries. The two-time Pro-Bowler has been extremely durable in his career, suiting up in at least 15 games in each of his six NFL seasons. In his first year with the Giants in 2024, Burns played 17 games, recording 8.5 sacks and 17 TFLs. New York has some depth at edge rusher after using a first-round pick on Abdul Carter in the 2025 draft, but Burns is still a key piece of their defensive identity.--Will Brady
