Brevin Jordan Will Sit Again In Week 5
2 years agoHouston Texans tight end Brevin Jordan (ankle) will miss yet another game in Week 5 against the Jacksonville Jaguars. The Texans released Pharaoh Brown earlier this week, so O.J. Howard and Jordan Akins will continue to split playing time at the position for the Texans this weekend against the Jaguars. In last week's loss to the Los Angeles Chargers, Howard caught two of five targets for 27 yards, while Akins caught both of his targets for just 33 yards. Neither tight end is particularly attractive as a TE2 streamer in this mediocre Texans offense. Jordan hasn't played since Week 2 and had only three catches on six targets for eight yards in two games on the season.
