Miami Marlins relief pitcher Anthony Bass tossed another scoreless inning in Thursday's Grapefruit League game against the Washington Nationals. Bass threw the seventh inning, allowing just one walk while striking out one. Bass is projected to be the Marlins closer based on manager Don Mattingly's comments earlier this spring and has not done anything to change his mind yet. Bass doesn't have huge strikeout upside, but if he does hold down the closer's role, he'll have enough fantasy value to be worth rostering in most mixed leagues.--David A Marcillo - RotoBaller
