Andre Burakovsky Expected To Be Fully Ready For Training Camp
1 year agoSeattle Kraken left wing Andre Burakovsky (lower body) is expected to be fully healthy by the time training camp comes around, and general manager Ron Francis hopes to see a big season from him. "He was our leading scorer when he went out, so we're hoping he can come back and get to the level he's capable of," Francis told Geoff Baker of The Seattle Times. Burakovsky skated in just 49 games last season and made his final appearance in early February. After suffering a couple of setbacks in his recovery from a lower-body injury, he underwent surgery in April. Burakovsky finished his debut campaign in Seattle with 13 goals and 26 assists.
