Alshon Jeffery, Malik Jackson Ruled Out For Thursday
4 years agoPhiladelphia Eagles wide receiver Alshon Jeffery (foot) and defensive tackle Malik Jackson (quadriceps) have been ruled out for Thursday night against the Giants. While Jeffery has been limited in practice the last couple of weeks, he has yet to make his 2020 debut after offseason surgery. The oft-injured 30-year-old will eventually be a starter for the Eagles as they work him back in, though, so he's worth stashing for receiver depth in deeper leagues. He could very well make his debut in Week 8 against the Cowboys and their awful defense. DeSean Jackson (hamstring) is on track to make his return on Thursday after a three-game absence, which could be bad news for Travis Fulgham, Greg Ward and rookie John Hightower.
