It's not often we get a Friday Night NFL game, but I can't complain. On top of that, we get an elite matchup between a young Green Bay Packers team and the star-studded Philadelphia Eagles. This game is being played in São Paulo, Brazil as the NFL looks to test new markets around the world! As for now, DraftKings is the only one with a slate up for this game but I would expect FanDuel to get it up eventually.
I'll do my best to provide you with as much in-depth analysis as possible regarding positional matchups and projected game scripts, but ultimately you have to build a lineup based on how you think the game will play out.

MVP/Captain - NFL DFS Lineup Picks
Jordan Love - QB, $14,700 (DK)
Key Stats
- 2023 Stats: 4,159 passing yards, 32 touchdowns, 11 interceptions, and four rushing touchdowns
Jordan Love is coming off a fantastic season last year in which he played every game. The Packers added Josh Jacobs to an already-loaded offense to give them the option of the run game. I do however think we see Jordan Love and the Packers playing from behind in this game which should lead to a heavy pass offense which is perfect for fantasy purposes.
Jalen Hurts - QB, $15,900 (DK)
Key Stats
- 2023 Stats: 3,858 passing yards, 23 passing touchdowns, 15 interceptions along with 605 rushing yards and 15 rushing touchdowns.
I expect this game to be a shootout which means running double QB is likely one of the best cash-game scripts. The advantage of Jalen Hurts is his rushing upside he had 15 touchdowns and although I do expect that total to regress a little bit with the addition of Saquon Barkley, Jalen Hurts should be able to still get his FP in the passing game and the tush push of course.

Flex Plays - NFL DFS Lineup Picks
Christian Watson - WR, $5,600 (DK)
Watson might be a steal at this price, we all saw how well he could play when he was healthy. In the final three games of the regular season, he finished with 14 receptions with 186 yards and four touchdowns. It has been reported that Watson is fully healthy coming into the start of the season which primes him as a great DFS option and one that is fairly cheap as well.

Josh Jacobs - RB, $8,200 (DK)
Key Stats
- 2023 Stats: 805 rushing yards, six touchdowns, and 37 receptions for 296 yards.
There is a bit of uncertainty regarding the rest of the RB room with both MarShawn Lloyd and Emanuel Wilson both questionable with some lingering injuries. I expect them to play but they could hinder their carries which could lead to Josh Jacobs getting a heavy workload in his first game with the Packers.

Value Plays - NFL DFS Lineup Picks
Luke Musgrave - TE, $4,600 (DK)
Key Stats
- 2023 Stats: 387 rushing yards, three touchdowns, 28 receptions, 206 receiving yards, and one receiving touchdown.
Luke could be in for a sizeable role in Friday's game as Tucker Kraft is dealing with a back injury and could be limited in some way if he does end up playing. Currently, he is questionable so it is something to keep an eye on. Last year Luke was the main focus at TE for the first nine weeks of the season as Kraft was inactive. At his price, Luke could be a solid value play coming into this game.
Jahan Dotson- WR, $3,200 (DK)
There isn't a lot of value on this slate so we have to take it where we can but I think with an upgrade at QB, Dotson is lined up for an underrated season as the WR3 in Philadelphia. I'm not sure how big his role will be but I do expect him to get a few targets and hopefully, he can capitalize on those. At his price, he is worth a shot in a few GPPs.
