Free daily fantasy basketball lineup picks for today's slate on DraftKings and FanDuel. Use Thunder Dan's NBA DFS expert picks to building winning DFS lineups on November 26th, 2025.
It's a little bit of a muted NBA DFS slate tonight compared to most Wednesdays. We have an 8-game slate on both sites on this Thanksgiving Eve, but due to the matchups and some injuries, we have less star power than usual.
Victor Wembanyama continues to sit out for the Spurs, and Kevin Durant will miss his second straight game for the Rockets. Meanwhile, Giannis Antetokounmpo and Sha Gilgeous-Alexander are both questionable for their games tonight. If neither player suits up tonight, you won't have to spend more than 10k on a single player in your DK lineup!
This article will provide you with my daily fantasy basketball lineup picks for DraftKings and FanDuel on 11/24/25. Remember to monitor NBA injury news and our awesome NBA injuries report tool, as the slate can completely change before lineups lock at 7:00 p.m. EST on FanDuel and DraftKings. NBA DFS Core Picks
Amen Thompson, PG (also SG on FD) - HOU ($8.2K both sites)
The uber-athletic Thompson had the type of performance on Monday that we knew he had in him all along. The absence of Durant from the lineup allowed Thompson to take on a bigger role on offense, finishing with a 27-8-9 near-triple-double that was good for 49 DK points.
AMEN THOMPSON'S ATHLETICISM 😳
He goes up-and-under for 2!

Thompson's increased usage (26% on Monday) should continue tonight for the short-handed Rockets as they head to Golden State to face a Warriors team that has allowed the sixth-most points to opposing point guards this season. His ability to rack up boards, assists, and defensive stats gives him the type of floor/ceiling combo we are looking for in a core play.
Jakob Poeltl, C - TOR ($5.6K DK/$6.2K FD)
With so much that could still happen by the time lineup lock rolls around, I don't want to lock in any other expensive core plays right now. However, one player whom I want to build around tonight for sure is Poeltl at the center position.
Poeltl plays relatively low minutes for a starter, topping out around 28-30 minutes a night, but that's all he really needs to do some major damage against an Indiana team that has been hammered by bigs this season. The Pacers give up the fourth-most rebounds to opposing centers and the sixth-most points.
We saw this on display when these teams matched up earlier this month, and Poeltl cruised to an easy 22-9-1 line with a steal and a block in just 26 minutes. That was good for 37 DK points or 6.6x his price tag for tonight. He's just far too cheap for his efficiency (he shot 8-9 from the field in that game) and makes for a great building block for cash or tournament lineups tonight.
NBA DFS GPP Pivots
Keldon Johnson, SF/PF - SAS ($5.8K DK/$5.5K FD)
The absence of Victor Wembanyama from the lineup (as well as Stephon Castle and Dylan Harper) has opened up opportunities for a number of the Spurs' rotational guys.
Johnson has taken full advantage of that opportunity. He's averaging 32.1 DK points per game over his last four games while playing 27 minutes off the bench. The Spurs need his scoring, and he's seen his rebounding numbers increase, too, as there are another 12+ rebounds per game available with Wemby out.
I love this Spurs-Blazers game for DFS tonight, it has a huge total and should be competitive throughout. Johnson could easily get overlooked as his price starts to creep up towards 6k, but he's still a great candidate to go 6x or better on this price tag tonight.
Kon Knueppel, SG (also SF on FD) - CHA ($6.9K DK/$6.7K FD)
If they handed out Rookie of the Year honors today, the award would have to go to Knueppel, right? The "other guy from Duke" is having a huge rookie year for Charlotte and making an impact in the box score on a nightly basis.
Some of his heavy usage and minutes usage earlier this season were due to injuries to LaMelo Ball and Brandon Miller. But Knueppel poured in 26 more points against the Clippers last week with both of those other guys in the lineup.
After another huge game against the Hawks this weekend, he's now averaging 42 DK points over his last four. His price tag will surely keep many players away, but the Knicks have been really bad against shooters on the wing this season, allowing the most made threes per game of any NBA team.
Keegan Murray, SF/PF - SAC ($6.6K DK/$6.3K FD)
In case you missed it, Keegan Murray was in his bag against Minnesota the other night, leading the Kings to an unlikely upset of the Timberwolves. Murray was 10-19 from the field, drilling three treys while also taking the ball to the hoop on drives.
Keegan Murray was in full attack mode against the Wolves: coast-to-coast finishes, spin moves, scoop shots, fadeaways, fearless drives right at Rudy Gobert. Total aggression all night. This is the way, Keegan. pic.twitter.com/XMqAvDMIQE

Not much has gone right for Sacto this season. Their roster needs a complete overhaul, and their best player, Domantas Sabonis, is out for a while. The one silver lining may be that Keegan Murray has an opportunity to show off what made him a lottery pick in 2022.
Against a Suns team that doesn't play much defense, I love Murray's upside tonight if he continues to be this aggressive on offense. He can fill it up in a hurry and continues our theme of dudes whose first name starts with "K" and are potentially going to get overlooked in the mid-tier of pricing on this slate.
NBA DFS Value Picks
Cam Spencer, PG/SG - MEM ($4.7K DK, $4.3K FD)
With Ja Morant still out for Memphis, Spencer should continue to get a lot of run as Memphis badly needs ball-handlers, and they are currently starting a very non-traditional point-forward with Vince Williams Jr. right now.

While Williams Jr. has been solid, it's been Spencer who has been shining off the bench in the last two games for the Grizz. He's gone for 17-4-5 and 18-2-4 and continues to improve as both a shooter and passer. He's a great value piece tonight, and the dual eligibility at either guard spot is icing on the cake.
Robert Williams III, C - POR ($3.5K DK/$4.3K FD)
The Time Lord is back in our lives, and it's a beautiful thing! Anyone who has been playing NBA DFS for the last five or six years knows that RW3 (aka the Time Lord) is one of the best fantasy point-per-minute producers on the planet.
He's been plagued by injuries his entire career and relegated to a bench role because of his lack of durability. But his lack of availability also keeps his price down, so he's far too cheap for when he's actually healthy and projected to play some decent minutes.
He's logged 21 and 16 minutes in his last two games, posting 30 and 24 DK points in those two games. That's some incredible value! As long as he's good to go tonight, I will definitely have some exposure to him, as he could easily be the top value on the board with anything over 15 minutes.
Sandro Mamukelashvili, C - TOR ($4.3K DK/$4.8K FD)
He's not really a secret anymore, but the player we have to know as MAMU is beasting out as the first big man off the Toronto bench this season.
Mamu is averaging over 20 DK points per game and has 30+ in two of his last three. You already know how much I like Poeltl in this spot, so I have to have some Mamu exposure, too, in case Poeltl gets in foul trouble, or the game blows out, and Mamu plays those important garbage time minutes.
