Free College Baseball Betting Picks - Today's Best Bets, Expert Predictions (5/26/23)

Baseball Betting Picks - Today's Best Bets

Casey Wilson's top NCAA college baseball betting picks and best bets for today's NCAA Baseball games on 5/26/23. His free picks include moneylines and moneyline parlays.

If you have lived under a rock the last few days, what an electric start to conference tournaments. We are on day four of most tournaments and even in some semifinals. We have seen some major upsets, as Texas and West Virginia have already been bounced from the Big 12 tournament. We have witnessed Arkansas knock off LSU and Paul Skenes while Hagen Smith and Hunter Hollan struck out sixteen batters. We have reached the stage where one-bid conferences are win or go home, and teams in the power fives want those bragging rights. It should be a fun-filled weekend, including today.

We enter the Regional format on Monday at noon with the NCAA selection show. We will have two, maybe three more of these articles along the way after today's, so it's not time to say goodbye quite yet, but we are nearing our end. It has been a fun ride providing you with college baseball picks and insight. I hope you have enjoyed this ride as much as I have. That said, there is still money to be made, so let's get to it.

Sportsbooks have recently taken away game totals and run lines in College Baseball. This article will focus on moneylines and often parlaying teams to get better odds. Not all books have college lines, so DraftKings Sportsbook will be my primary book. If you find a line in another book, feel free to use that as well. With no further adieu, here are my favorite bets for Friday, May 19, 2023.

Today's College Baseball Betting Picks

Oregon @ Washington

Ducks: TBA | Huskies: TBA (Im assuming Kiefer Lord)

Washington (34-17) will face Oregon (35-20) in the semifinals of the Pac-12 tournament today at Scottsdale Stadium in Arizona. Oregon advanced out of Pool A after an upset win over Stanford last night. Sabin Ceballos hit a go-ahead home run in the tenth inning to capture a colossal upset and advance the Ducks to the semifinals. They have yet to announce a starter but are still down star pitcher Jace Stoffal. They are on game three and have used their best two starting pitchers heading into today's win-or-go-home showdown with Washington.

Washington dominated USC yesterday 8-3, earning themselves a spot in the semifinals after winning Pool C. They have yet to use one of their aces Kiefer Lord who can run it up in the upper 90s. Lord will assumingly get the ball today with a chance to send Washington to the Pac-12 championship game. Lord 6-4 with a 4.99 ERA. He has the stuff to beat anyone in the country.

If this game stays close, the Huskies will trout out Case Matter and Josh Emanuels at the back end of their bullpen. The offense is led by the red-hot Will Simpson, who earned second-team all-Pac-12 honors. Cam Clayton, a first-teamer in his own right, and Johnny Tincher lead an offense that swept Oregon in their meeting a few weeks ago, scoring 43 runs in a three-game series. The Huskies will get it done today and advance to the finals.

Pick: Washington Moneyline (+100) DraftKings Sportsbook

Today's College Baseball Betting Picks

Arizona @ #3 Stanford

Arizona: TBA | Cardinal: TBA (Im assuming Quinn Mathews)

Stanford (38-15) will battle Arizona (32-23) on the opposite side of the Pac-12 bracket for tomorrow's spot in the finals. Stanford dropped a contest last night against Oregon but threw off knowing they had already secured a place in the semifinals. Arizona advanced from their pool, going 2-0. They upset Oregon State in game one walking them off 13-12, and then dominated Arizona State yesterday. Arizona used two-weekend arms in the process, and now they will face Stanford, who has saved the conference pitcher of the year for them in this spot. If Mathews, who we will get to in a second, can avoid Chase Davis and Kiko Romero, this offense is pedestrian at best.

If you have read this article in the past, you know my obsession for the Cardinals when Senior Quinn Mathews gets the ball. Mathews is one of the best pitchers in the country and enters play today with a 7-3 record and a 3.20 ERA. He has 121 strikeouts to only 33 walks. He competes in the strike zone with excellent stuff; that is all we can ask for in college baseball. He won Pac-12 Pitcher of the Year earlier this week, and the Cardinal have been saving him for this spot. The bullpen will also be well rested, as they didn't waste any arms yesterday, knowing they already secured a place in the semis. Let's see a Washington and Stanford final tomorrow for all the marbles.

Pick: Stanford Moneyline (-140) DraftKings Sportsbook
