DraftKings, FanDuel Daily Fantasy Basketball Picks (2/11/22): Today's Top NBA DFS Lineups

Trae Young - Atlanta Hawks

The top daily fantasy basketball lineup picks for DraftKings and FanDuel on February 11th, 2022. Max Kulish provides NBA DFS analysis and sleeper picks for building optimal DFS rosters.

Happy Friday RotoBallers! As usual, we have a jam-packed Friday night slate, filled with some juicy matchups. However, this is going to be quite the weird slate with multiple incomplete active rosters after yesterday's trade deadline. These articles focus on the overall best plays, which are typically more suited for cash games. However, with larger slates like this one, you don't have to worry about ownership getting steamed up too hard usually, so consider these suggestions GPP viable as well (some exceptions may apply).

This article will provide you with my daily fantasy basketball lineup picks for DraftKings and FanDuel on 2/11/22. Remember to monitor NBA injury news and our awesome new NBA injuries report tool as the slate can completely change before lineups lock.

As always, feel free to follow my Twitter (@Maxadelphia), to keep up to date with NBA news and for my nightly NBA bets if you're into that sort of thing. Let's go!

DraftKings and FanDuel Guards - NBA DFS Lineup Picks

Trae Young - PG, ATL vs SAS ($9,900 DK, $9,000 FD)

Young continues to be extremely reasonably priced for a player with his usage. Boasting a 35% usage rate on the season, good for 3rd in the entire NBA, Young is a perennial pop-off candidate every time he plays. The Spurs rank 27th against PGs this year, and with a game total of 233, good for the second-highest total on the slate, I'm sure this won't be my only mention of this matchup.

LaMelo Ball - PG, CHA @ DET ($9,000 DK, $8,400 FD)

I typically try and tier out my suggestions by price, but LaMelo is in such a great spot tonight I can't leave him out of the write-ups. Ball is prone to playing big minutes in closer games, and as of now, he has no true backup on the roster. Terry Rozier and James Bouknight are both better profiled as Shooting Guards, so I'm thinking this could be another 40 minute night for the Hornets' All-Star.

Bones Hyland - PG/SG, DEN @ BOS ($3,800 DK, $4,400 FD)

Hyland's minutes had been steadily increasing at the expense of Facundo Campazzo, and during Denver's win over the Knicks on Tuesday, Monte Morris appears to have suffered a concussion, which should clear the path to a starting role for Hyland. Hyland posted 35.5 fantasy points on Tuesday and could be in line for similar production tonight.

Others to consider: Dejounte Murray ($10,300 DK, $10,600 FD), Timberwolves (based on injury report)

DraftKings and FanDuel Forwards - NBA DFS Lineup Picks

DeMar DeRozan - PF, CHI @ IND ($9,700 DK, $10,400 FD)

Forward is pretty weak tonight, with DeRozan being the highest-priced option on the slate. I wrote about DeRozan last week, citing that his scoring output is what his fantasy production lives and dies by, and this week is no different. DeRozan is very much a GPP-only play tonight with the Bulls having mostly everyone available. However, the Bulls' defense has been atrocious lately, and this game has an implied total of 240.5 (which is just absolutely absurd), so there should be enough production to go around for the Bulls' big 3.

Devin Vassell - SF/PF, SAS @ ATL ($4,000 DK, $4,900 FD)

After the Spurs shipped off Derrick White to Boston, they lost a key piece in their rotation, and seem to be treating this season as a rebuilding year. This should provide a perfect opportunity for Vassell, in his second year. Most notably, I wanted to include Vassell because based on depth chart rankings. It appears he should be the starting SG for the Spurs, but he's listed at both forward spots, so he makes for a very interesting piece in lineup construction tonight.

Others to consider: Hamidou Diallo ($4,600 DK), Kenrich Williams ($4,400 DK, $5,500 FD)

DraftKings and FanDuel Centers - NBA DFS Lineup Picks

Karl-Anthony Towns - C, MIN @ CHI ($9,800 DK, $9,600 FD)

If you were wondering where the love for Minnesota was in this article, here you go! With the Timberwolves placing "Questionable" tags on 5 different players, KAT is just about the only certainty we have at this point from the Minnesota side. I think Towns is the best C play tonight, regardless of who's in/out for Minnesota, but obviously, his appeal only grows the more players that are ruled out for the Timberwolves.

Zach Collins - C, SAS @ ATL  ($3,500 DK, $3,900 FD)

The Spurs roster is thin with the trade deadline fallout, and that means there is value to be had! I like Collins to continue getting more minutes tonight, and since he returned from injury, he has made the most of his opportunity. In the two games he's played since being out from August 2020; Collins has accumulated 46 total fantasy points in only 31 minutes! Collins has legit 10x upside tonight, and he seems to fit nicely in the majority of builds. I think he'll be a popular play tonight, but with the 4 guys at the top of Center all projecting well, his ownership shouldn't get too out of control.

Others to consider: Joel Embiid ($11,900 DK, $11,000 FD) Mason Plumlee ($5,400 DK, $5,400 FD)
