DraftKings EuroLeague DFS Lineup Picks for 3/11/21 - Daily Fantasy Basketball Advice

Mike Marteny offers his DraftKings daily fantasy EuroLeague basketball plays and sleepers for 3/11/21. His EuroLeague DFS lineup picks and sleepers will help you win on DraftKings.

We are back with Round 29 of the EuroLeague getting underway this week. Thursday is the slightly larger five-game slate this week. Guard is loaded with both Moscow teams in action on this one. Nihad Nedovic is still out, but there are still four guards priced over $10,000. Alexey Shved, who sat out the domestic league game earlier this week with a sore back, is nearly $14,000! I do expect Shved to play and you know my philosophy on Shved if he plays

We still have some other nagging injuries creating value on this slate. Nikola Milutinov, Sergio Llull, Johnny O'bryant, and Malcolm Delaney join the ranks of the inactive. I would expect Jayson Granger to wind up on that list again before tipoff. There are more questionable players than we've had to deal with lately as well. Make sure you have some time around the noon tipoffs to make changes if needed.

In this article, I will be providing you with my daily fantasy EuroLeague lineup picks for DraftKings on 3/11/21. I’ll be providing multiple player suggestions for players at guard, forward, and center, aiming to highlight one option apiece at the high, middle, and lower end of the salary scale. Good luck, RotoBallers.

DraftKings EuroLeague DFS Guards

Alexey Shved, Khimki ($13,900)

Shved dropped 40 DraftKings points on Belgrade in the first meeting. My guess is that he's right around that total again. Shved topped 40 DraftKings points in every February EuroLeague game that he played in. Make sure you keep an eye on the status of his back, but I'm guessing that he'll be fine for this one. If he doesn't play, I'm not sure I trust anyone from Khimki. The last game Shved missed, Khimki got blown out by Baskonia. Vyacheslav Zaytsev would be the only guy I touch if Shved misses the game from the Khimki side.

Jordan Loyd, Belgrade ($10,400)

It doesn't matter if Shved plays or not. Khimki is the worst team in the league against guards whether he's on the court or not. Loyd put up 32.75 DraftKings points in the first meeting with Khimki this year. Those game log watchers are going to be a little soured on Loyd because the numbers haven't been what they were earlier in the season. The reason for that is simple. Loyd is playing less minutes because Belgrade has been blown out in three of the last four games. They wont get blown out here, which means better production from Loyd and Red Star as a whole than what we've seen recently. Ognjen Dobric is a nice way to get a piece of this on the cheap. You can also run him with Loyd if you think the game stays close.

Chris Jones, Tel Aviv ($5,300)

Guys like Tyler Dorsey and Scottie Wilbekin have higher ceilings, but Jones has been the most consistent Tel Aviv guard since the break. The absence of Yovel Zoosman has led to a lot more minutes for Jones. He has responded with at least 15 DraftKings points in three of the four games since the break. Jones still hit double digits in the game that went under, so he has a solid floor as far as dirt cheap value picks go. He's worth a flier in the UTIL slot if you choose two expensive guards.

Also consider: Mike James, CSKA ($12,100); Kevin Punter, Milan ($8,800); Iffe Lundberg, CSKA ($6,600); Eleftherios Bochoridis, Athens ($6,600)

DraftKings EuroLeague DFS Forwards

Jordan Mickey, Khimki ($12,200)

Mickey has three straight games over 40 DraftKings points and came a couple of points shy of that mark against Red Star the first time around. On paper this isnt a great matchup, but paper isn't everything. Mickey has come up big amid Devin Booker's issues getting back from his trip to the U.S. Now it appears as though we may have seen the last of Booker for Khimki. This should come as no surprise with as well as Mickey has played. Part of me thinks that Mickey may be able to keep Khimki in this even if Shved is out.

Moustapha Fall, Villeurbanne ($8,400)

Fall turned in his best game of his EuroLeague career with 47 DraftKings points in the first meeting with Berlin this year. I'm usually on the Berlin front, but this is one place where I wont touch them. Villeurbanne has allowed the least fantasy points to forwards this season. Fall is finally trending back in the right direction, but if you play him, you're hoping for another ceiling game. There are several factors that say Fall may have a hard time getting half of the total in the first game. After all, he hasn't even broken 30 DraftKings points in a game since that meeting. This is a big boom/bust play today.

Mario Hezonja, Athens ($7,800)

The Athens frontcourt is finally healthy again, but they were in Round 28 as well and Hezonja still dominated usage. Hezonja has only been back in the EuroLeague for two games and he has turned out 52 DraftKings points. He's still too cheap for what he's doing and it doesn't look like Papapetrou or Papagiannis are going to take the lead back from Mario anytime soon. This is great value in the middle tier.

Also consider: Nikola Mirotic, Barcelona ($10,300); Gabriel Deck, Real Madrid ($8,000); Johannes Voigtmann, CSKA ($6,700); Marko Simonovic, Belgrade ($5,800)
