DraftKings Daily Fantasy Basketball Lineup Picks (4/7/17): NBA DFS Advice

FanDuel DraftKings daily fantasy basketball

The top DraftKings daily fantasy basketball lineup picks for 4/7/17 by BalesSJustin. Expert NBA DFS advice, sleepers & player recommendations for DraftKings.

The Spurs have announced that they are going to be resting players tonight, which means there will be plenty of value. That's great news, as Russell Westbrook comes with a ridiculous price tag, and he isn't the only useable elite option tonight.

In this article, I will be providing you with my daily fantasy basketball lineup picks for DraftKings on 4/7/17. The DFS lineup picks will range from some of the elite players to mid-priced options and value plays on DraftKings.

If you have any questions or comments, feel free to reach out to me on Twitter @BalesSJustin.

DraftKings DFS Guards

Russell Westbrook – PG, at PHO ($14,000)

There is more than enough value on this slate to comfortable use Westbrook. He’s averaging 37.2 points, 12.7 rebounds, 11.0 assists, and 2.3 steals per game over the last 10 days, and he has scored at least 70 fantasy points in six of his last seven games. He has also scored as high as 99.75 fantasy points during that span. He gets an elite matchup against the Suns, who he’s averaging 86.8 fantasy points per game against this season. Westbrook makes an elite option in all leagues.

Ricky Rubio – PG, at UTA ($6,900)

Rubio is grossly underpriced tonight because he gets a tough matchup against the Jazz. He has been extremely consistent recently, though, as he’s contributing in multiple categories. Most importantly, he’s scoring much better recently, as he’s finally looking for his shot in games. He’s also averaging 28.1 fantasy points in only 29.1 minutes per game against Utah this season, and Rubio generally plays closer to 40 minutes each night. He’s an elite option for this price in all leagues.

Garrett Temple – SG/SF, at LAL ($3,800)

Temple isn’t the sexy pick, but he’s the type of player that will allow you to get Westbrook tonight. He has showed off good versatility for the Kings recently, and he has scored at least 17 fantasy points in each of his last 10 games, including seven of those games. He’s playing solid minutes for Sacramento, and he gets an elite matchup against a fast paced Lakers team. Temple is also guard and forward eligible, and he’s a tremendous salary relief option tonight.

DraftKings DFS Forwards

Anthony Davis – PF/C, at DEN ($10,400)

DeMarcus Cousins has somewhat taken over the Pelicans team, but he’s currently questionable. If he’s out, Davis will make an elite option. With that being said, Davis is averaging 31.2 points, 11.8 rebounds, 2.0 assists, 2.7 blocks, and 1.7 steals per game over the last 10 days. He has been extremely consistent for his current price tag, and he also comes with tremendous upside. He gets a great matchup against the fast paced Nuggets, who he’s averaging 68.9 fantasy points per game against this season. Davis can be used in all leagues tonight.

Andrew Wiggins – SF, at UTA ($6,200)

Wiggins is another Wolves player that saw his price tag drop because of the matchup against the Jazz. He has been extremely consistent recently, though, as he has been scoring over 30 fantasy points per game on nearly a nightly basis. He also comes with tremendous upside, as he recently scored 49.5 fantasy points against the Lakers. Wiggins has struggled against Utah this season, though, which is a bit of a cause for concern. Still, he’s cheap enough to be used in all leagues.

David Lee – PF/C, at DAL ($4,800)

Lee is going to benefit from the Spurs resting players, as San Antonio has announced that Pau Gasol and LaMarcus Aldridge will sit in this game. That means Lee will be locked into big minutes tonight, and he’s averaging 18.0 fantasy points in 18.3 minutes per game this season. He’s a great rebounder, and he gets a matchup against a team that has struggled to rebound the ball this season. Lee is close to a must start tonight, as he should have no problems exceeding value tonight.

DraftKings DFS Centers

Nene Hilario – C, vs DET ($4,300)

The center position has plenty of value tonight, and Nene leads the way. He has been on fire for the Rockets recently, as he has scored at least 25 fantasy points in five of his last six games. He has been scoring extremely well, while also adding a few peripheral stats each night. He hasn’t been playing big minutes, but he hasn’t needed them, and Nene is still cheap enough to be used in all leagues tonight.

Dewayne Dedmon – C, at DAL ($3,000)

The Spurs are resting players tonight, including Pau Gasol and LaMarcus Aldridge, which means Dedmon will be forced into big minutes. He’s averaging 5.1 points and 6.3 rebounds in only 17.3 minutes on the season, and he gets a great matchup against the Mavs, who have struggled to rebound the ball this season. Dedmon has also displayed solid upside in limited minutes, and he’s nearly a must start on this slate, especially because he will even out Westbrook’s price tag.
