BALLER MOVE: Start in 10+ Team Leagues
POSITIONAL VALUE: RB2
ANALYSIS: Tennessee Titans running back Derrick Henry has been a fantasy superstar for the past several years. However, he hasn’t been the running back fantasy players saw in 2022. The former Alabama star’s production has declined. Yet, Henry has remained a plug-and-play running back for fantasy players.
The veteran is the RB12 for the year, averaging 12.9 half-point PPR fantasy points per game. He has 148 rushing attempts for 625 yards and four touchdowns this season. Henry also has 19 receptions for 161 receiving yards. More importantly, the superstar had a passing touchdown in the Week 4 win over the Cincinnati Bengals.
Unfortunately, Henry is coming off an awful performance in the loss to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers last week. He averaged only 2.2 yards per rushing attempt and scored 2.5 fantasy points in defeat. However, the superstar running back has scored at least 14.2 fantasy points in his previous three games before the matchup against Tampa Bay.
This week, Henry faces the Jacksonville Jaguars. He has dominated the Jaguars over the past few weeks. Meanwhile, Jacksonville gave up 118 rushing yards and 29.1 fantasy points to the San Francisco 49ers backfield in Week 10.
