Best Monday Night Football Bets, Props and Expert Picks - Week 10 MNF Analysis (2025)

Dallas Goedert - Fantasy Football Rankings, Draft Sleepers, NFL Injury News

Expert Monday Night Football betting predictions, best MNF prop bets, and odds analysis for Week 10. Free Monday Night Football picks and player props for tonight's game including our top pick for an anytime touchdown.

Hello everybody, and welcome to Week 10's edition of Monday Night Football bets and props! The NFL season is now in full swing, and we here at RotoBaller could not be more thrilled to bring you some of the best content in the market. We are excited to bring betting content to all those interested in every slate in any given week.

This weekly article will focus on the Monday night slate, and I will provide several different betting angles for the games scheduled. I will typically offer at least one play on the game's total or spread, as well as at least three player or game props, including at least one anytime touchdown prop. Although this article will be published each week on Sunday evenings, you can always feel free to check out our Discord channel to see plays posted throughout the week.

This week's matchup features the Philadelphia Eagles at the Green Bay Packers at Lambeau Field in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Each of these teams has soft spots in their defense that we can look to exploit as well. Without further delay, let's get into tonight's picks for what should be an awesome Week 10 of Monday Night Football!

Be sure to check all of our fantasy football rankings for 2025:

Week 10 Monday Night Football Betting Odds

Philadelphia Eagles @ Green Bay Packers

Spread: Packers -1.5
Total: 45.5

This week's matchup features two solid NFC teams, the Eagles and Packers, both hoping to put together a strong second half of the season and position themselves for a Super Bowl run. The 5-2 Packers will enter this game having won three of their previous four games; however, they are also coming off a very forgettable loss to the Carolina Panthers just last week.

On the other side of the coin, the Eagles sit at 6-2, having achieved wins in each of their previous two games. These two teams have squared off quite a bit recently, including two matchups last season between the regular season and playoffs, with the Eagles having secured victories in both.

Week 10 Monday Night Football Betting Picks

Points figure to come at a premium in this Monday night matchup, as the total currently sits at just 45.5, which is one of the lower totals on the board. This should come as no surprise, given the strengths that these defenses possess, but are they as good as advertised?

We will start with the home team, the Green Bay Packers, whose run defense has been one of the best in the league all season. Overall, they have allowed an average of just over 89 rushing yards per game, which has them ranked fifth-best in the league. They also rank inside the top 10 in the league in passing yards per game allowed, by allowing just 197 yards per game.

This all boils down to the Packers allowing just under 21 points per game, ranking them eighth-best in the league.

The Eagles, on the other hand, have been more of a bend-not-break defense, allowing an average of just over 120 rushing yards and just under 216 passing yards per game, both of which rank them near league average. Additionally, the Eagles allow an average of just over 23 points per game, which also ranks close to league average.

As for offenses, both teams average nearly 26 points per game, ranking them in the top half of the league. The Packers are a much more efficient offense, however, as they average over 360 total yards, ranking them in the top 10 of the league, while the Eagles average just 304 total yards per game and have struggled to get their offense going in the same direction in any given week.

How the Packers offense fairs without star tight end Tucker Kraft, who just tore his ACL, is yet to be seen, but a step back can be expected given how involved he was in their offense. This feels like a game where both offenses look to establish the run with great running backs in Josh Jacobs and Saquon Barkley. This could lead to more of a clock management kind of game, which should give credence to the under.

The Pick: UNDER 45.5  (-108, DraftKings)

Week 10 Monday Night Football Player Props

Saquon Barkley OVER 18.5 rushing attempts (+100, DraftKings)

This prop is firmly in line with the thought that both teams will want to establish the run early and often. It is appealing to me that Barkley has gone over this total just twice this season, yet the line is still set this high. Clearly, the books feel the same about at least the Eagles' rushing attack.

En route to the Super Bowl last season, Barkley was an absolute horse, as he averaged over 20 carries per game during the regular season. Thus far in 2025, he has averaged just 16 rushing attempts per game. With the Eagles coming off their bye last week, this is the perfect time for them to get back to their roots and set up the pass with the run.

While Green Bay has proven to be one of the better run defenses thus far in 2025, they have started to leak a bit in this category in recent weeks. Over the previous four weeks, they have allowed nearly 4.4 yards per carry to the running back and have allowed three of the previous five backfields they have faced to rush for 90+ yards.

Just last week, this Packers defense was defeated by the Carolina Panthers 16-13, who used ball control by handing it off to Rico Dowdle a whopping 25 times for 130 rushing yards. The Eagles will likely take a page from their playbook and feed Barkley throughout the game.

Christian Watson OVER 2.5 receptions (-122, DraftKings)

With Kraft sidelined for the remainder of the season and the Packers' receiving corps battling nagging injuries, someone is going to have to step up. That very well could be Watson, who recently returned from a knee injury of his own two weeks ago. Since his return, he has garnered four targets in each of his two games played and has hauled in a total of six of those eight targets.

Watson is the call because he lines up in the slot on nearly 40% of his snaps and is a big body who can potentially make up for the loss of Kraft, especially over the middle of the field. The Eagles have also struggled a bit against slot receivers this season, particularly recently. In just the previous two weeks, the Eagles have allowed Wan'Dale Robinson and Jordan Addison to combine for 12 receptions and 176 receiving yards.

Both wide receivers hauled in over 2.5 receptions as well.

Week 10 Monday Night Football Anytime Touchdown Bet

Dallas Goedert ANYTIME TOUCHDOWN scorer (+225, DraftKings)

Goedert makes a ton of sense to score a touchdown on Monday night, especially when we can get his odds at close to +200 or better, which is the case here. Typically, in this spot, I would recite red-zone looks, but with Goedert, we do not have to, as he has turned his targets into touchdowns and now has seven total touchdowns on the season.

He has also scored in five of the Eagles' previous six games.

Green Bay has also given up production to solid tight ends this season, as noted by their games against Sam LaPorta, Jake Ferguson, and Trey McBride, who combined for 23 receptions, 193 receiving yards, and three touchdowns. Additionally, Zach Ertz got them for 64 yards and a touchdown on six catches earlier this season.

This is a solid spot for Goedert to keep the momentum rolling, and we are getting very solid odds considering his usage in this offense, especially within the red zone.
