Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Matt Barkley (knee) injured his left knee in the preseason finale against the Colts on Thursday. He will not return to the game. That's not a good sign for Barkley, who is a candidate to be cut if he loses the backup battle to Jeff Driskel.

Brent Celek Announces Retirement

Free-agent tight end Brent Celek announced his retirement on Thursday. He was the Philadelphia Eagles longest-tenured player but was released in March after winning a Super Bowl last season.
