Arizona Cardinals tight end Jermaine Gresham (heel) and kicker Phil Dawson (hip) are both active for Week 8 against the 49ers. Gresham is the second tight end behind Ricky Seals-Jones and is more of a blocking option. He can continue being ignored in fantasy.
