The Boston Bruins signed goaltender Linus Ullmark to a four-year contract on Wednesday worth $5 million annually. The former Buffalo Sabres netminder carried a 9-6-3 record with a 2.66 goals-against-average, and a .917 save percentage. He was a bright spot playing on a terrible Buffalo Sabres team in 2021. Ullmark is a talented goalie with a huge upside and will compete with Jeremy Swayman for the starting role. The question now is where Tuukka Rask will fit into all of this once he recovers from surgery. Rask is expected to miss at least the beginning of the season. With Rask out, Ullmark should be the number one guy in Bean Town and is a viable draft pick playing on a strong Bruins club.--Andrew Lennox - RotoBaller
