Carlos Carrasco Participates In Fielding Drills
New York Mets pitcher Carlos Carrasco (hamstring) participated in fielding drills on Monday. He is slated to throw his first live batting practice later this week. The 34-year-old is trending in the right direction and could make his Mets debut by the end of July. He posted a 2.91 ERA with 82 strikeouts over 12 starts with the Cleveland Indians in the shortened 2020 season. Carrasco has been sidelined all year due to a torn right hamstring. Fantasy managers should continue to stash Carrasco for now.
