DraftKings Daily Fantasy Basketball Picks (2/11/21): NBA DFS Lineups

The top daily fantasy basketball lineup picks for DraftKings on February 11, 2021. Euan Leith provides NBA DFS analysis and sleeper picks for building optimal DFS rosters.

Happy Thursday, RotoBallers! DFS players get to peruse a five-game slate in the Association this evening, and there are some intriguing matchups to tune into and watch. The Heat and Raptors are beginning to get their sea legs under them after worrisome starts this season, while the Rockets may be fading after a surprising bump post-Harden trade. Portland will look to keep up with Philadelphia in the late game, and that should be a gold mine for fantasy points.

As of this writing, the 76ers-Trail Blazers matchup has the highest over/under of the night. It's also the only game to feature two teams in the top half of the league for pace. Philly (4th) and Portland (15th) have many attractive fantasy options in their rosters, and there will be several ways to construct the majority of your lineups from that game alone. The only game without a spread is the Toront0-Boston matchup, but that shouldn't cause any players to fade that particular matchup.

This article will provide you with my daily fantasy basketball lineup picks for DraftKings on 2/11/21. You can also check out today's FanDuel lineup picks. With COVID-19 a significant factor, remember to monitor injury news as the slate can completely change before lineups lock.

DraftKings DFS Guards

Fred Vanvleet - PG/SG, TOR at BOS ($8,500)

February has been a solid month for VanVleet and the Raptors as they turn around their season. FVV started the month with a career-high and franchise-record 54-points against Orlando and continues his excellent run of form as the month moves along. For February, the 26-year old is averaging 27.2 points, 6.4 assists, four rebounds, two steals, one block, and 4.2 three-pointers. Boston is a tough defense to crack, but Donovan Mitchell just lit them up for 62.5 DraftKings fantasy points on Tuesday. VanVleet has scored at least 53 points in three of his last five contests and is a perfect contrarian play to Stephen Curry and Damian Lillard.

Gary Trent Jr. - PG/SG, POR at PHI ($6,000)

I'm going to keep smashing Trent into my lineup until DraftKings makes it impossible for me to have him in my lineups. The third-year guard has started each of the last eight games and faces off against the 76ers tonight. In Trent's eight starts, he is averaging 19.4 points, 1.3 steals, and 4.3 threes per game. He is taking 17.8 shots per contest, and 9.8 of those are behind the three-point line. Until C.J. McCollum returns for the Trail Blazers, Trent is Lillard's running mate, an excellent spot in any DFS contest.

Frank Mason III - PG, ORL at GS ($4,000)

Cole Anthony (shoulder) and Evan Fournier (back) are both questionable for tonight's contest versus the Warriors. The game is a pace up situation for Mason and the Magic because Golden State plays at the second-fastest rate in the entire league. The fourth-year guard has only played in three games this season but has performed well in his last two appearances. He's averaging 10.5 points, 5.5 boards, and four assists in 29.7 minutes per game. Mason is a no-go if Anthony or Fournier can take the court tonight, but his price tag and minutes potential makes him worth a flier on Thursday.

DraftKings DFS Forwards

Tobias Harris - PF, PHI at POR ($7,700)

Sometimes the easy call is the right call, and grabbing another piece of this 76ers-Trail Blazers matchup will give any lineup a high floor in tonight's contests. Harris is averaging 20.3 points, 7.5 rebounds, and 2.9 assists this year and has become the second offensive option in Philadelphia. It would be awesome if he remained in the low $7,000 price range, but he performs well enough to justify his salary. The 28-year old has attempted at least 14 shots in each of his last nine games and will be able to take advantage of the matchup. Portland allows opponents to shoot 47.6 percent from the floor, and that is fifth-worst in the league. This game will be up and down the court all night. It's great news for DFS players and will be great news for DFS managers with Harris in their lineups.

Juan Toscano-Anderson - SF/PF, GS vs. ORL ($5,100)

It feels like I have had Toscano-Anderson in every article over the last two weeks. The sophomore forward keeps coming through for DFS managers, and he has another chance to impress against the Magic. The 27-year old is averaging 27.05 DKFP over his last five games, and instead of blabbering on about his stats, I'll leave y'all with this...

Kelly Olynyk - PF/C, MIA at HOU ($5,000)

Olynyk enters Thursday's game versus the Rockets coming off a season-high 20-point outing against the Knicks. It was an exclamation point on a handy stretch of fantasy production for the 29-year old. He's eclipsed 25 points in five of his last six games and contributes all over the box score. Over his last six contests, the Canadian is averaging 13.7 points, 6.2 rebounds, and 3.5 triples in 25.5 minutes. Olynyk should get more chances to add to his averages tonight versus a Rockets team that's lost four of five and gives up 115.8 points per game in that handful of contests.

DraftKings DFS Centers

Pascal Siakam - PF/C, TOR at BOS ($8,000)

I would not roster Siakam in cash games tonight. I want to make that clear right off the bat. He's been extremely productive in this most recent run with the Raptors, but he can also throw in a dud performance on any evening. However, the Most Improved Player from the 2018-19 season has turned a corner after a dismal start to the campaign. In the last six games, the Cameroonian is averaging 24.7 points, seven boards, 4.7 dimes, two steals, and a block per game. All those stats add up to 47 DKFP points per game and a tremendous return on his $8,000 salary against the Celtics. Siakam may not be for everyone tonight, and that's why I love him in tournaments.
