The Chicago White Sox selected Wabash Valley College pitcher Adisyn Coffey with the 83rd overall pick in the third round in the 2020 MLB draft on Thursday. The Pale Hose proceeded to take Grand Canyon University pitcher Kade Mechals in the fourth round and Auburn lefty Bailey Horn in the fifth round. All five of Chicago's picks in this draft were arms. Coffey is an athletic right-hander with a mid-to-high-90s fastball, and he could choose to go to Louisville. Mechals is undersized at 5-foot-11, 185 pounds and spent most of his college career in the bullpen. He also had Tommy John surgery in May. Horn has had TJ surgery in the past and has a fastball that tops out at 96 mph with a sweeping slider. He's certainly athletic, as seen in his social media videos of him dunking a basketball.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBallerRead More News
