Cleveland Browns quarterback Tyrod Taylor (concussion) was not back at practice on Wednesday. If he's not cleared in time for Week 4 against the Raiders, the Browns will go with Drew Stanton as the backup to rookie Baker Mayfield. Taylor has lost the starting job to the exciting Mayfield after the rookie led a second-half comeback against the Jets last Thursday.
