It's the fantasy baseball playoffs, baby, and the RotoBaller Cutlist is here to help guide you through the season's toughest decisions. It's time to make gut wrenching roster moves and seize the championship.

Unfortunately, luck is incredibly necessary to win your league. For example, multiple home runs from Khris Davis could be useful. Smart moves will help take advantage of matchups, like streaming Jake Peavy for a spot start against Cincinnati.

Are you still rostering Jacoby Ellsbury? Hopefully not, if Jayson Werth is available. Will you hang onto Luis Severino for another week just to match up with Toronto? I hope not. This time of year, the cutlist is playoffs management 101. Pay attention and take notes.

The Week 25 Cut List

Jacoby Ellsbury (OF, NYY)

Nagging injuries have hampered the 32 year old as he stumbles toward the end of his eighth year of major league service. Over the last 30 games, his .196 AVG and .491 OPS are not helping you advance  to the championship round. Cut him loose and add a red hot Jayson Werth or take a waiver on “El Coballo Loco” aka Angel Pagan.

Albert Pujols (1B/DH, LAA)

Pujols was on fire for the first half of the year. Since the All Star break, Pujols batted .219/.269/.376 because of a lingering foot issue. His elite batting skills make this a tough decision but if you have a Mark Canha or even Miami’s Justin Bour, you need to replace the lost power. Bour has a triple slash of .300/.333/.500 with three home runs over his last 50 at bats.

Jason Kipnis (2B, CLE)

The notoriously streaky Kipnis isn't the same since his injury. He is cold at the plate, he has nagging injuries and it is all happening at the wrong time. Pick up Rougned Odor or hot-hitting Chris Coughlan. Just keep taking advantage of streaky hot 2B’s and ride it into the sunset.

Matt Garza (SP, MIL)

Matt Garza is the second worst pitcher in all of fantasy baseball, according to Yahoo. He is currently 23% owned with 5.63 ERA and 1.57 WHIP over 148 IP. That should be 1% owned because both Matt and Mr. Garza (his Dad) both have him on their fantasy teams out of obligation.

If you are looking to suffer less, why not try owning CC Sabathia or Matt Moore? They are both terrible options for your fantasy squad but almost twice the player. If you own Garza and either Anthony Desclafani, Nathan Karns or Rubby De La Rosa are available, make the swap. Otherwise, just leave the roster spot empty and punch yourself. Oh and as of Sept 5, Garza was shut down for the season, owners should see a slight pitching boost in the coming weeks.

Coco Crisp (OF, OAK)

Coco Crisp is having a pretty awful year. Batting .173 with only 110 at bats, making this a godawful season for the outfielder. Why is he still on your team anyway? Did you know that Crisp, previously known as Covelli Loyce Crisp, legally changed his name in the spring of 2013 to Coco?
