Remember the good old days when folks would make fun of the Oakland Raiders by saying they didn’t know if they were watching Oakland training camp footage or a deleted scene from a “Cops” DVD special? My, have times changed for the worst.
What kind of reputation are you trying to build when a teeny bopper boy-band Beelzebub is a fan of yours? Yes, you read that right.
So apparently Harry Styles, the world’s oldest looking 12-year old girl and star of that one band One Direction, dissed the Oakland Raiders at Arrowhead Stadium by saying to a crowd composed of a crap load of Kansas City Chiefs fans (have more taste, football fans, c’mon) that “no one supports the Raiders” on Tuesday. Okay, that should have been a stab at Kansas City fans because, seriously? Harry Styles?
But noooooo, the Raiders just had to defend themselves via Twitter on Tuesday night:
Yes, that’s Liam Payne, another dude in One Direction too. So it’s full blown inception here by Raiders admitting they know who Payne is, and the man-child admitting he’s a Raiders fan.
So if anyone has an dignity to spare, please send it to Oakland, please and thank you.
