Wake Forest quarterback Gio Lopez is doubtful to play against Merrimack on Saturday, according to On3's Pete Nakos. Steele Pizzella could be the next man up for the Deamon Deacons, as he has appeared under center in four games this season, completing six of nine passes for 85 yards, while carrying the ball 12 times for 52 yards and a touchdown.
