John Collins Suffers Elbow Injury Sunday
Los Angeles Clippers forward/center John Collins (elbow) left Sunday's win over the Pelicans late in the fourth quarter with a right arm injury, and his status for the next contest remains unclear. Collins posted 15 points, seven rebounds, two steals, and one assist in 24 minutes before exiting, and his 19.0 percent usage would free up meaningful touches if he sits. Bennedict Mathurin is the more appealing fantasy target after logging 25 minutes with nine points and five rebounds in the blowout. Nicolas Batum chipped in nine points, four assists, and three triples in 20 minutes, though his limited role and up-and-down production keep him in the deep-league streamer bucket.
