Best Sunday Night Football Bets, Props, and Expert Picks - Week 18 SNF Analysis (2025)

Lamar Jackson - Fantasy Football Rankings, NFL Injury News, DFS Lineup Picks

Expert Sunday Night Football betting predictions, best SNF prop bets, and odds analysis for Week 18. Free Sunday Night Football picks and player props for tonight's game, including our top pick for an anytime touchdown.

Hello everybody, and welcome to Week 18's edition of Sunday Night Football bets and props, where we will discuss props on Aaron Rodgers, Derrick Henry, and more! The NFL season is now into its final week, and we here at RotoBaller could not be more thrilled to bring you some of the best content in the market. We are excited to bring betting content to all those interested in every slate each week.

This weekly article typically features the Monday night game, but since we are in the last week of the season and do not have a Monday Night Football game, we will look at the Sunday Night Football game. I will provide several betting angles for the scheduled game, including at least one play on the game's total or spread, as well as at least three player or game props, including one anytime touchdown prop. Although this article will be published each week during the evening, you can always feel free to check out our Discord channel to see plays posted throughout the week.

This week's matchup features the Baltimore Ravens at the Pittsburgh Steelers at Acrisure Stadium in Pittsburgh, PA. Each of these teams has soft spots in their defenses that we can exploit. Without further delay, let's get into tonight's picks for what should be an awesome Week 18 of Sunday Night Football!

Week 18 Sunday Night Football Betting Odds

Spread: Ravens -3.5  (-102 NOVIG)
Total: 42.5 (Under -115 NOVIG)

We have the biggest matchup of the week when the Baltimore Ravens travel to AFC North rival Pittsburgh in Acrisure Stadium. The winner of this matchup will be crowned AFC North champion, while the loser will be left out of the playoffs entirely.

This matchup is a tale of two teams with very different second halves of the season. While the Ravens started the season in very poor fashion, they have put themselves in a position to win the AFC North by winning seven of their final 10 games.

The Ravens have done this with a defense that ranks in the top half of the league in terms of rushing yards allowed, as well as with an offense that ranks best in the league in terms of rushing yards per game.

Meanwhile, the Steelers had a stretch in the middle of the season, during which they lost five of seven games, ultimately putting them in the position they are in on Sunday night. They are backed by both an offense and a defense that are rather middling.

Week 18 Sunday Night Football Betting Picks

The matchup of the week figures to be a highly contested one, with the spread currently sitting at 3.5 points, favoring the Baltimore Ravens. These two teams last met on December 7, with the Steelers walking away victorious in Baltimore by a final score of 27-22. These matchups between Baltimore and Pittsburgh tend to be physical and close.

While the Ravens were able to pick up a win last week at Green Bay without Lamar Jackson, they will have no such problem this week, as he was a full participant in practice this week and is set to play. This is great news, as he and Derrick Henry are the focal point of an offense that averages nearly 158 rushing yards per game and leads the league in this category.

While this makes the Ravens a daunting team to face, especially this time of year, the strong suit of the Steelers' defense has been their rush defense. On the season, they rank 12th-best in the league by allowing just under 112 rushing yards per game.

The Steelers have also been strong against the run recently, as they are allowing just 3.9 yards per carry to running backs over the previous four weeks. Additionally, in their Week 14 matchup against Baltimore, the Steelers held Henry to just 3.8 yards per carry, so there are some direct comparisons here.

The Steelers offense was pass-heavy in that Week 14 matchup, as Rodgers threw for 286 passing yards. I would look for a similar plan in this game, given that the Ravens' defense ranks third-worst in the league by allowing an average of over 245 passing yards per game.

Given that the matchups between these two teams are typically tight, I think the Steelers can cover this number. Baltimore likes to run the ball, which Pittsburgh has shown they are at least capable of slowing down, and Pittsburgh has also shown the ability to move the ball through the air against this defense.

Even if the Steelers get down, the backdoor cover will almost certainly be in play until the bitter end.

The Pick: Steelers +3.5 (-104, NOVIG)

Week 18 Sunday Night Football Player Props

Aaron Rodgers OVER 200.5 passing yards (-123, NOVIG)

I do not typically like to look at Aaron Rodgers' passing yards prop, but given his recent success against the Ravens' defense, when he threw for 286 passing yards in Week 14, I cannot look past this number set to 200.5 on him.

Rodgers has thrown for more than this total in three of his previous four games, while averaging nearly 236 passing yards per game over that span. Meanwhile, the Ravens have allowed the fifth-most total passing yards to the quarterback position this season.

The Ravens have also allowed the most passing yards to quarterbacks over the previous four weeks, so their secondary is not exactly improving over time.

Across those four weeks, Baltimore has allowed every quarterback to eclipse this total, including Rodgers. In fact, all but three quarterbacks (Joe Flacco, Matthew Stafford, and Dillon Gabriel/Shedeur Sanders) have eclipsed this total on the season.

Pittsburgh being a 3.5-point dog in this game also gives some credence to the idea that Rodgers could be throwing more late in the game to keep his team in it or take the lead, which would certainly help his cause here.

Derrick Henry OVER 88.5 rushing yards (-116, NOVIG)

Full disclosure here, I wanted to take a look at either Mark Andrews or Isaiah Likely receiving props, as the Steelers have been brutal against the tight end position; however, picking one of those two on any given week is quite difficult. That being said, I think we are getting a favorable number on Henry here, despite the aforementioned stats regarding the Steelers' run defense.

In Week 14 against the Steelers, the Ravens handed the rock to Henry 25 times, and he was able to amass 94 rushing yards. I think we see a similar approach here with the Ravens' season on the line. Just last week, Henry was handed the ball a whopping 36 times, resulting in 216 rushing yards and four touchdowns.

Although Jackson is back and Henry likely won't tote the rock 36 times, I do think 20+ carries is more than within reason for him to accumulate in this game, and if that is the case, it would be hard to see him going under this total. He has rushed for 90 or more yards in each of his previous four games and has done so eight total times this season.

Week 18 Sunday Night Football Anytime Touchdown Bet

Lamar Jackson ANYTIME touchdown (+350, NOVIG)

I feel like we are getting solid value here with a Lamar anytime touchdown with odds north of +300. While he is coming back from a back contusion, he only missed last week with the injury, and has been a full participant in practice this week. Additionally, this is a must-win game, which should lead to him doing whatever it takes to win, as they say.

While Jackson has scored just twice this season, one of those scores came in this exact matchup against the Steelers in Week 14, when he carried the ball seven times for 43 rushing yards and the touchdown.

He has also had some historical success against Pittsburgh. Dating back to 2021, Jackson has amassed 143 rushing yards and one score on 21 carries across three games played.

The Steelers have also struggled against running quarterbacks in 2025, as they have allowed five rushing touchdowns to the position, which is tied for sixth-most in the league.
