Detroit Lions left tackle Taylor Decker (shoulder) is officially inactive for Sunday's Week 5 contest against the Cincinnati Bengals. He was initially listed as questionable before being downgraded to doubtful on Sunday morning, which all but confirmed his status for Week 5. Now, it's official. Giovanni Manu will likely start at left tackle in his absence.--Andersen Pickard
