Week 4 Wide Receiver Rankings Outlooks
Quentin Johnston, Los Angeles Chargers
Los Angeles Chargers wide receiver Quentin Johnston is set for a big Week 4 performance against the New York Giants. The former first-round pick led the team with 89 receiving yards on six catches and 10 targets last week against a tough Denver Broncos secondary.
He currently leads the team in receiving yards and is tied with Keenan Allen for most touchdowns (3). The Giants' secondary ranks among the worst in the NFL, especially in allowing big plays, which plays to Johnston's strengths. RotoBaller elevates him to WR34 this week, and he should be viewed as a high-upside FLEX option in most formats.
Malik Nabers, New York Giants
New York Giants wide receiver Malik Nabers (shoulder) was listed as limited in practice on Friday with a shoulder injury, but he does not have an official injury designation going into his team's Week 4 matchup against the Los Angeles Chargers.
That means Nabers will be active on Sunday for rookie quarterback Jaxson Dart's first start with the Giants. Nabers has recorded 16 catches for 251 yards and two touchdowns through his first three games of 2025. He profiles as a must-start fantasy wide receiver in Week 4 against the Chargers.
Emeka Egbuka, Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Tampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver Emeka Egbuka is off to an impressive start to his NFL career. Last week, Egbuka hauled in six of his eight targets for 85 yards in the win over the New York Jets. He could be asked to take on a heavier workload this weekend with Mike Evans (hamstring) ruled out.
The Bucs are still uncertain if Chris Godwin (ankle) is ready to return to action. That being said, Egbuka could be asked to step up and be the primary option in the receiving game. On paper, Egbuka should have success given the Philadelphia Eagles' struggles to contain wide receivers. Last week, Puka Nacua burned them for over 100 yards. Egbuka should be able to offer a low-end WR1 value for this Week 4 matchup.
Jakobi Meyers, Las Vegas Raiders
Las Vegas Raiders wide receiver Jakobi Meyers has been a steady force in the passing attack, leading the team with 26 targets through three weeks. He added another efficient outing in Week 3, posting three catches for 63 yards against Washington, bringing his season totals to 17 receptions for 228 yards.
With the Raiders ranking seventh in passing yards per game and Geno Smith finding his rhythm, Meyers has established himself as a trusted option in the offense. Now facing a vulnerable Chicago Bears secondary, he should be confidently started as a WR2 across all fantasy formats in what projects to be a high-scoring matchup.
Calvin Ridley, Tennessee Titans
Tennessee Titans wide receiver Calvin Ridley hasn't played well this season. Through the first three weeks, the wideout has only eight catches (21 targets) for 111 yards. He also hasn't scored a touchdown. To be fair, quarterback Cam Ward (ankle, calf) has played poorly, with the rookie throwing for 506 yards, two touchdowns, and one interception while completing only 54.5% of his attempts.
It's unknown how long it will take Ward to find his footing at the professional level. However, as long as the signal-caller continues to struggle, Ridley may not be the best option for any fantasy lineup in Week 4 versus the Houston Texans and beyond. The risk will remain moving forward until Ward proves he can get it together.
Elic Ayomanor, Tennessee Titans
Tennessee Titans wide receiver Elic Ayomanor has emerged as one of quarterback Cameron Ward's favorite targets, as well as a top scoring option within the team's offense. This bodes well for his fantasy outlook ahead of a Week 4 divisional battle against the Houston Texans. Ayomanor now has eight catches and two touchdowns over his last two games, ranking as the overall WR19 in PPR leagues during that span.
While we can't count on Ayomanor to score a touchdown every week, and therefore should not view him as a top-24 fantasy receiver, he is still on the radar as a potential starter in leagues with at least 12 teams. That's especially true as Calvin Ridley continues to struggle; the 30-year-old has 21 targets but just eight catches, ranking as the overall WR71.
Ayomanor is arguably the top target in the Titans' offense, and an anticipated negative game script suggests that he should command at least five or six targets this weekend. He's an intriguing WR3/flex option, especially against a Texans defense allowing the seventh-most catches and receiving yards to wide receivers in 2025.
