The Cleveland Browns announced that wide receiver DeAndre Carter (concussion) will not return to Sunday's game against Baltimore due to the injury. The veteran made the team out of training camp largely because of his special teams contributions. Primarily the team's kick returner, the absence will leave Cleveland without one of its key special teamers for the rest of the game.--Nick Piotrowicz
