The Baltimore Ravens have ruled out running back Rasheen Ali (concussion) from returning to Sunday's game against the Cleveland Browns. A key special teamer for the Ravens will be out of the picture for at least the rest of this week. Additionally, Baltimore did not activate running back Keaton Mitchell ahead of the game, so the club has only its top two running backs, Derrick Henry and Justice Hill, available for the remainder of Sunday.--Nick Piotrowicz
