Bronny James Jr. Scores 17 Points in Summer League Loss
Bronny James Jr. collected 17 points, five rebounds, and five assists across 24 minutes in a 67-58 Summer League loss to the Clippers on Monday. James knocked down 6-of-10 field goal attempts and shot 3-for-6 from three-point land, leading the Lakers in scoring. In the last two games, the 20-year-old is shooting 52.4 percent from the field. Last season, James averaged 2.3 points, 0.7 rebounds, and 0.8 assists across 6.7 minutes per game in 27 contests. If he continues to impress the Lakers' coaching staff, he could possibly see an expanded role during the 2025-26 campaign.
