DraftKings Evening CFB DFS Lineup Picks: Daily College Fantasy Football (11/16/24)

Ashton Jeanty - College Football Rankings, NCAA CFB DFS Lineup Picks

Mike's DraftKings daily fantasy college football lineup picks for Saturday's Evening Slate (11/16/24). His CFB DFS lineup picks and DFS sleepers will help you win.

We have a great seven-game slate tonight. Once again, most of the marquee games take place under the lights. We start in San Jose with Boise State in town. Arizona State heads to the Little Apple to take on K-State.

Next up is the big one with Tennessee heading down to Athens. Oregon heads to Camp Randall to "Jump Around." UAB is in Memphis to take on the Tigers. Cincinnati is in Ames to try and finish what Kansas started. We close out in Chapel Hill with Wake Forest in town.

In this article, I will provide you with my daily fantasy college football lineup picks for DraftKings on 11/16/24, locking at 7 p.m. EDT. I’ll provide multiple player suggestions for players at quarterback, running back, and wide receiver, aiming to highlight one option at the high, middle, and lower end of the salary scale. Good luck, RotoBallers.

DraftKings CFB DFS Picks - Quarterbacks

Brendan Sorsby, Cincinnati ($7.8K)

The Iowa State defense has been less effective over the last few weeks. The run defense is taking it on the chin, but the pass defense hasn't been great either. Sorsby has been solid for much of the season. Miami-Ohio was the only team to hold him under 18 DraftKings points. Expect another solid outing from Sorsby, especially if the Bearcats fall behind.

Rocco Becht, Iowa State ($6.9K)

Becht has struggled with efficiency in the rough three-game stretch for the Cyclones. I expect them to get back on track here and it starts with Becht. He threw for a career-high 383 yards last week against Kansas. This should be a fairly close game, giving Becht another shot to hit 300 passing yards with at least one touchdown.

Nico Iamaleava, Tennessee ($5.3K)

Yes, this is a tough matchup, but Iamaleava hasn't made a lot of mistakes this year. The problem is that Iamaleava doesn't have a lot of touchdowns either. This is a good chance for Iamaleava to put up numbers tonight since Georgia should be ahead early in this one. Tennessee will have to catch up and Iamaleava usually does it without making mistakes.

Also consider: Seth Henigan, Memphis ($8.4K); Sam Leavitt, Arizona State ($7.2K); Jalen Kitna, UAB ($6.3K)

DraftKings CFB DFS Picks - Running Backs

Ashton Jeanty, Boise State ($13.2K)

Before you say that no one is worth this price, realize that Jeanty's only game under 25 DraftKings points was in a blowout win over FCS Portland State. He only has two games with less than two touchdowns. Jeanty has topped 200 rushing yards four times and had 192 against Oregon. He's a sure thing and sure things are expensive.

Mario Anderson Jr., Memphis ($9.5K)

Once again, RB is loaded. UAB has allowed a staggering 230.33 rushing yards per game this season and 25 rushing touchdowns in nine games. This is a much better matchup for Anderson and he could get fairly close to Jeanty's total at a fraction of the price.

Carson Hansen, Iowa State ($3.8K)

The Cyclones are still giving Hansen a bulk of the carries. So long as that continues, he is a bargain at this price. It doesn't take much for him to hit value. Hansen has six touchdowns in the last four games. Even if the yardage isn't there, the scores should be.

Also consider: Cam Skattebo, Arizona State ($9.9K); DJ Giddens, Kansas State ($7.2K); Corey Kiner, Cincinnati ($5.3K); Nate Frazier, Georgia ($3.4K)

DraftKings CFB DFS Picks - Wide Receivers

Nick Nash, San Jose State ($9.7K)

There is a bit of upheaval at quarterback for the Spartans, but it hasn't affected Nash. He has at least five receptions in every game this season and has at least one touchdown in every game. You can't get any more consistent than that.

This slate is loaded with spots to pay up. Nash is right up there with Jeanty as far as guaranteed production. He's not going to get you 25 DraftKings points every time, but Nash should be around 20.

Jaylin Noel, Iowa State ($6.8K)

There is no wrong answer here. Both Noel and Jayden Higgins have had successful games with Becht at quarterback for the Cyclones. One of them usually has the bigger game. That has been Noel in two of the last three games. This is a good matchup for the Cyclones, but a stack of the Cyclones makes it hard to afford the backs we want. We'll likely have to take one or the other.

Justin Lockhart, San Jose State ($5.7K)

It's amazing that Lockhart still catches at least four passes per game considering he plays alongside Nash. Walker Eget threw for nearly 400 yards last week. If he can hang on to the QB job, we could see more big games from both preferred receivers for the Spartans.

Taylor Morin, Wake Forest ($4.8K)

The Deacons will trail most of this game, so look for them to throw often. Morin has topped 100 receiving yards in two of the last three games. Shaky quarterback play has limited his upside all season and will continue to, but, intriguingly, Morin is getting a lot more targets of late.

Also consider: Jayden Higgins, Iowa State ($7K); Jordyn Tyson, Arizona State ($5.5K); Amare Thomas, UAB ($5.3K); Jayce Brown, Kansas State ($4K)

DraftKings CFB Stacks

Memphis

The UAB defense is bad. I expect a monster game out of Mario Anderson and Brandon Thomas is worth a look too. However, I still like pairing them with Henigan and a receiver. I'll likely side with Demeer Blankumsee, but Roc Taylor is a good option too.

San Jose State

Boise still allows a lot of yards and a lot of points. I like the idea of running Jeanty and running it back with an Eget-Lockhart-Nash stack. The problem with that stack is that you have to put every other position and only run one quarterback. I'm not there yet, but it is intriguing. Intriguing enough to run it without Jeanty.

Also consider: UAB, Oregon, Iowa State
