It's a slower night in the college game tonight with only four games on tap, but we still have some big names taking the court in Florida, Wisconsin, and Marquette. The bad news is that none of them are playing each other. There could be some blowouts on this slate. Predicting these and finding the right bench value will be the key to the slate.

We begin in the Swamp with Florida hosting East Carolina. This should be one of the good games tonight. Next up is Jacksonville State in Madison to take on the Badgers. At least it's not that cold in Wisconsin yet. Furman heads to Nawlins to ride the Wave. We end in Milwaukee with St. Thomas of Minnesota taking on Marquette. Yikes!

DraftKings CBB DFS Guards

JP Pegues, Furman ($7,800)

See? All you have to do is pull off an unlikely upset in the NCAA Tournament to get some love for your team on DraftKings. Pegues isn't quite as hot as he was against Virginia, but he is still putting up really good numbers for the Paladins this year. Pegues is a volume scorer and still hits value even when his shot isn't falling because he knows how to get to the line. He's going to get his points one way or another.

Chucky Hepburn, Wisconsin ($6,400)

Hepburn is a streaky shooter, but he has been taking fewer shots for the Badgers this year. On the surface, that seems like a bad thing. It really hasn't been. Hepburn has been more active as a passer and on the glass. That gives him a much better floor than in prior seasons and we know the scoring ability is still there.

Will Richard, Florida ($5,400)

Riley Kugel has been cold lately, but Richard has picked up his slack and then some. Richard hit 8-of-12 shots against Richmond and pulled down nine rebounds against Merrimack. Richard is producing wherever he is needed lately. That's great for DFS purposes.

Chase Ross, Marquette ($4,800)

Marquette is playing a Division II school, so I don't see why they would try and hurry Stevie Mitchell back from a hamstring injury. It makes more sense to let him sit this one out. Ross joined the starting lineup for Marquette in the absence of Mitchell last weekend and put up a solid 22 DraftKings points in 28 minutes. Lock in Ross even if Mitchell suits up. I doubt Mitchell plays more than 20 minutes or so if he even plays.

Also consider: Walter Clayton Jr., Florida ($8,000); Kolby King, Tulane ($7,100); Riley Kugel, Florida ($6,900); Jaden Walker, East Carolina ($5,800); John Blackwell, Wisconsin ($5,100); Sean Jones, Marquette ($4,100)

DraftKings CBB DFS Forwards

Kevin Cross, Tulane ($8,400)

I view Cross as the best play on the entire slate. Tyler Kolek isn't going to play long enough against St. Thomas to put up a big stat line. However, I do expect Furman to keep this game close. That means Cross has the safest floor and could wind up as the highest scorer as well. He hasn't been held under 14 actual points in any game this season, even the blowouts.

Alex Condon, Florida ($6,400)

The freshman is still inconsistent at times, especially when it comes to scoring. However, he has proven to be a very good rebounder and has been a good rim protector for the Gators. Micah Handlogten isn't in danger of losing his job anytime soon, but the Gators could choose to run the two bigs together at times. Condon probably operates better at the four anyway.

Alex Williams, Furman ($5,900)

Williams is a good scorer for Furman, but that's about it. He doesn't do much else, hence the lower price tag. Williams also doesn't present that much risk. He takes good shots and makes around half of them. The ceiling isn't that high, but Williams is a solid value piece in a game that should stay close. This team hung with Arkansas for a while over the weekend.

Micah Handlogten, Florida ($4,800)

Handlogten missed most of four games with an ankle injury. During that time, Alex Condon played well for the Gators. The two split time against Richmond and both were effective. Handlogten finished two points shy of a double-double. He's not as busy of a defender or a rim protector like Condon, but I'll take points and rebounds at this price. I don't really care what else he does.

Also consider: Tyrese Samuel, Florida ($8,300); Brandon Johnson, East Carolina ($7,700); Oso Ighodaro, Marquette ($6,900); Collin Holloway, Tulane ($5,000); Ben VanderWal, Furman ($3,900)
