DraftKings CFB DFS Lineup Picks: Daily College Fantasy Football (11/15/23)

Sieh Bangura - CFB DFS Picks, Daily College Fantasy Football Rankings, NFL Draft Rookie Sleepers

We are near the end of the greatest 50 days of the year for any football fan. October 8 marked day one of 50 consecutive days of either FBS or NFL football. That streak will end exactly a week from today, so let's enjoy it while we still have it! We have some more MACtion on the way tonight!

Both games have the same start time, so our DFS tournaments are a four-hour blitz of madness! We have Central Michigan visiting Ohio and Buffalo heading to Miami of Ohio to take on the Redhawks. This is going to be an interesting slate!

In this article, I will be providing you with my daily fantasy college football lineup picks for DraftKings on 11/15/23, locking at 7 PM Eastern. I’ll provide multiple player suggestions at quarterback, running back, and wide receiver, aiming to highlight one option at the high, middle, and lower end of the salary scale. Good luck, RotoBallers.

College Football Betting Picks for November 15

I don't have the full odds article done yet, so we are just going to do this here. That's what Wednesday games do to me. You know the drill!

Buffalo at Miami (OH) (-8.5)

Betting Confidence Factor: 4

This feels low. Buffalo isn't much better than the Akron team that Miami just shut out. Give me the Redhawks.

Central Michigan at Ohio (-10.5)

Betting Confidence Factor: 2

I really don't trust that Ohio offense. Give me the Chippewas.

DraftKings CFB DFS Picks - Quarterbacks

Kurtis Rourke, Ohio ($7,200)

Rourke is a dynamic player that hasn't been so dynamic lately. He had an efficient day against Buffalo last week, but still didn't break five DraftKings points because he failed to find the end zone and his longest completed pass was 17 yards. This is a good matchup against Central Michigan, but I'm not sure how much I trust Rourke right now. The ceiling is high enough for me to put him above the other three quarterbacks on this slate though.

Aveon Smith, Miami (OH) ($6,800)

Smith struggled against Akron last week. The Redhawks haven't hinted at a change though, so we get Smith again. I like the rushing upside, but Miami is afraid of losing him too since they already lost Brett Gabbert for the season again. That curtails his greatest asset, and if Smith isn't throwing (or running for) touchdowns, he's not much of an asset. This is a good matchup, but there is a healthy amount of risk involved.

Also consider: Jase Bauer, Central Michigan ($7,500)

DraftKings CFB DFS Picks - Running Backs

Rashad Amos, Miami (OH) ($6,900)

When Gabbert went down, others had to step up. In the running game, that has been Amos. He has 281 rushing yards and three touchdowns in the last two games alone. One of those was against the best run defense in the MAC (Ohio). This is why Aveon Smith isn't piling up the rushing yards. Amos has proven that he can shoulder the load on his own.

Sieh Bangura, Ohio ($6,800)

Bangura hasn't had any huge games like he did as a freshman last year. Splitting time with O'Shaan Allison hasn't helped, but the overall disastrous red zone offense is more to blame. Until Ohio improves that part of their offense, Bangura will be prevented from a ceiling game. That said, the volume is there and he has scored six times in the last five games. He also has 10 receptions in that span.

Also consider: Marion Lukes, Central Michigan ($7,000); Ron Cook, Buffalo ($5,900)

DraftKings CFB DFS Picks - Wide Receivers

Gage Larvadain, Miami (OH) ($5,600)

Larvadain left last week's game against Akron with a hamstring injury, but word is that he might suit up for this one. If he does, Larvadain is the most consistent receiver on the slate. If Larvadain is unable to go (and we get word), Joe Wilkins is the safest pivot, but no other Miami receiver is truly safe. I would expect more usage from Kenny Tracy than from another receiver.

Tyson Davis, Central Michigan ($5,400)

Davis returned from a three-game absence with a long 67-yard touchdown catch against Western last week. This is mostly a GPP-only play. If you need something a little more stable, Jesse Prewitt is about the same price. I feel Central is going to have to throw to keep up with the Bobcats in this one.

Boobie Curry, Buffalo ($4,100)

Curry tied a season-high (set against Fordham) with four receptions last week. Curry has still scored just once all season, but his usage should pick up a bit since he's about the only Buffalo receiver who could catch a ball last week. Quarterbacks seek out receivers that catch things thrown their way. It's a matter of self-preservation.

Also consider: Sam Wiglusz, Ohio ($5,900); Miles Cross, Ohio ($5,500); Will Kacmarek, Ohio ($3,200)

DraftKings CFB Stacks

Ohio

This is a really tough one because Ohio's offense has struggled for the last couple of weeks. Central's defense is statistically the worst on the slate, especially their pass defense. This should be a game where Kurtis Rourke gets right. Wiglusz and Cross are the guys you want to stack with him, but I will have some Sieh Bangura too. Ohio is still a run-first team.

Also consider: Miami (OH)
