Malik Willis is a fantasy football waiver wire pickup option for quarterbacks. Target him as a free agent add off waivers for Week 7 of the 2023 NFL season.

ANALYSIS: Titans quarterback Ryan Tannehill suffered a high-ankle sprain in the Week 6 loss to the Baltimore Ravens. Tennessee lost the game in London, falling to 2-4 on the season.
Although Mike Vrabel has said Tannehill is the starter when healthy, the Titans will likely want to see what Willis or rookie quarterback Will Levis can do if their season continues to head south.
Since Willis has operated as the QB2 all season, he should be the first quarterback off the bench if Tannehill either can't go due to injury or is benched. Willis would have a low floor and limited ceiling, but all starting quarterbacks are worth rostering in superflex and two-QB formats. Tennessee is on a Week 7 bye, so major changes could happen heading into Week 8.
