Jose Altuve Undergoing MRI Exam Tuesday
Jose Altuve (hamstring) will undergo an MRI exam on Tuesday to determine a timetable for his return. Altuve was listed as day-to-day on Monday night after suffering a left hamstring strain in the game against the Los Angeles Angels. It looks as though the 31-year-old avoided a major injury, but we'll know more when the MRI results are released. Fantasy managers will need to check back later to see if Altuve is in the starting lineup on Tuesday against Angels left-hander Patrick Sandoval, but there's a good chance he'll be absent. If Altuve cannot go, we'll likely see Aledmys Diaz fill in at the keystone for the Astros.
