Week 7 Outlooks For Fantasy Football

Malik Nabers, New York Giants - Fantasy Football Outlook

New York Giants rookie wide receiver Malik Nabers (concussion) said he's ready to play in Week 7 against the division-rival Philadelphia Eagles on Sunday and is "very excited" to get back on the field after missing the last two games due to a concussion. "Every game is a big game to me," Nabers said.

The first-round rookie sensation out of LSU was trending towards playing this weekend when he was officially cleared from the leagues concussion protocol on Thursday. Nabers' return is bad news for the fantasy upside of both Wan'Dale Robinson and Darius Slayton, who were seeing more targets in his absence the last few weeks, but it's great news for quarterback Daniel Jones.

Nabers racked up an eye-opening 35 catches for 386 yards and three touchdowns in his first four NFL games and needs to be returned to all starting lineups for Week 7 immediately. UPDATE: Nabers was officially cleared to play in Week 7 on Sunday.

- Keith Hernandez, RotoBaller

Juju Smith-Schuster, Kansas City Chiefs - Fantasy Football Outlook

Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver JuJu Smith-Schuster (hamstring) was held out of Thursday's practice session but returned to practice on Friday. Head coach Andy Reid said Smith-Schuster will play during the Week 7 matchup against the San Francisco 49ers.

It sounds like the team is leaving him as questionable on the injury report just in case he suffers a setback. Smith-Schuster hauled in seven of his eight targets for 130 yards in Week 5. The Chiefs are limited in terms of viable passing options, so Smith-Schuster should continue being the primary slot receiver. The 27-year-old has some flex appeal heading into a tough matchup against the 49ers.

- Andy Webb, RotoBaller

Tank Dell, Houston Texans - Fantasy Football Outlook

Coming off his best game of the season, Houston Texans wide receiver Tank Dell is a solid flex option heading into a Week 7 matchup at Green Bay. The diminutive receiver drew a team-high nine targets in Week 6, which is no coincidence as Houston reconfigures its offense with top receiver Nico Collins (hamstring) on injured reserve.

Green Bay ranks 22nd against fantasy wide receivers and 26th in air yards allowed, which are both green lights for a deep threat like Dell. Given his increased target share and Houston's penchant to use him creatively, the second-year receiver is worthy of a start for fantasy managers looking for flex production in Week 7.
