Tucker Kraft fantasy football start 'em, sit 'em picks for Week 8 (2024). Should you start or sit Tucker Kraft for fantasy football lineups?
BALLER MOVE: Start
POSITIONAL VALUE: Low-End TE1
ANALYSIS: Green Bay Packers tight end Tucker Kraft is now the TE4 in full-PPR scoring, and while he's done that on the back of four touchdowns in the last four games, it's encouraging to see him have such a high snap count and route participation. He's now had 80% or more of snaps in six of seven games this season, and he ran 37 routes, a team-high.

He appears to have significant red zone usage, which is the biggest reason to start him, but he's a boom-or-bust player that could easily burn you. The target numbers aren't comforting. He has just 13 targets in his last three games. He's very touchdown-dependent and has just two games with over 50 receiving yards on the year.
Of course, you can't be picky at the TE position, considering players who can easily goose-egg you like Mark Andrews exist. Kraft can be started as long as fellow tight end Luke Musgrave (ankle) remains out. Green Bay's passing offense is one big committee, though, so when Musgrave returns, No. 85 may become fantasy irrelevant again.
