BALLER MOVE: Add in 14+ Team Leagues
ROSTERED: 19% of Leagues
ANALYSIS: Teddy B has surprised some folks, but he's been good to have Carolina at an even 2-2 through four weeks of play while not being bad at manning the offense from the pocket. While Bridgewater won't win you the league, he's been a pretty viable player to have in 2QB leagues or deep ones featuring just one starter quarterback per team.
It's a shame that Teddy's biggest-volume game is also his worst in fantasy leagues. Back in Week 2, Bridgewater threw 42 passes, completed 33 for 367 yards (!), but could not connect in the end zone and was picked a couple of times for a paltry 10.7 FP against Tampa. His other three games, though, saw him finish with 14+ FP, one or more touchdown, and at least 235 passing yards. Teddy's W4 performance against Arizona has been his best so far this season: 26 completions (70.3%) for 276 yards, 2 TDs against an interception, and 32 yards rushing for a TD.
All in all, Teddy's 27.2 fantasy points ranked ninth-best in PPR leagues this past week pending MNF. Only Dak Prescott and Tom Brady had more fantasy points than him through Sunday's games. It's been two wins in a row for the Panthers, and the future looks even brighter: Carolina goes against the worst defense against quarterbacks this season in Atlanta's, which has allowed the most fantasy points to the position so far.
Make Bridgewater a lock to start in your 2QB League teams and consider him a QB1 play in W5 given the favorable matchup and the potential shootout against the Falcons.
