Zay Flowers Agrees With Ravens On Rookie Deal
2 years agoBaltimore Ravens first-round wide receiver Zay Flowers agreed to a four-year, $14 million fully guaranteed rookie contract with the team on Wednesday, according to his agents Eric Dounn and Matt Leist. The deal includes a $7.2 million signing bonus to be paid in 2023. Flowers, who missed some organized team activities with an undisclosed injury, was back at mandatory minicamp on Tuesday and figures to have a significant role in the passing attack out of the slot in his first NFL season alongside Rashod Bateman, Odell Beckham Jr., Nelson Agholor and tight end Mark Andrews. Fantasy managers will want to temper expectations in single-year leagues, as Flowers is old for a rookie and could struggle with the physicality of the NFL game early on due to his size (5-foot-9, 182 pounds).
