Zack Moss Suffers Broken Arm, Expected To Miss Six Weeks
1 year agoUpdating a previous report, Indianapolis Colts running back Zack Moss (arm) suffered a broken arm at training camp practice on Monday, according to a source. He's expected to miss around six weeks. It's brutal news for Indy's backfield with Jonathan Taylor (ankle, back) also out and requesting a trade over the weekend. Moss will now be very iffy for the start of the regular season and will miss out on valuable repetitions in camp and the preseason after coming to the Colts at midseason of last year in a trade. An already thin Colts backfield just got a lot thinner, with Deon Jackson, Evan Hull, Jake Funk and Zavier Scott the only current healthy RBs on the roster. When healthy, Moss is expected to serve as Taylor's primary backup in 2023.
