Zack Greinke Lasts Only Four Innings In Game 1
4 years agoHouston Astros starter Zack Greinke allowed one run in four innings pitched as the Astros came back to beat the Twins in Game 1 of the playoffs. Greinke struck out only one and walked three hitters as he was pulled after 79 pitches. The veteran's control was all over the place and simply didn't have his best stuff. Greinke hasn't quite seen the success in the postseason that has been the hallmark of his regular seasons throughout his career. Greinke endured an awful month of September, posting a 6.08 ERA while allowing opponents to bat .310 against him. If the Astros should advance, Greinke will be a thin front-line selection in DFS lineups.
