New York Mets outfielder Yoenis Cespedes may be playing every day, but he’s not at 100% according to manager Mickey Callaway. Dealing with a sore right quad, Cespedes is only playing at 85, says the skipper. Although taking extra base and chasing down balls in the gap may be an issue for Yo, the Mets feel they need Cespedes’ bat in the lineup. While it’s obvious the Mets do need Cespedes, it’s also just as obvious they aren’t exactly winning with him in the lineup anyway. Fantasy owners need to be weary here; it sounds more likely than not we’ll see a disabled list stint given the recent history of the Mets and Cespedes. He’s certainly not going to get any better without some rest.--John Smith
