Yasmani Grandal Leaves Game Early
3 years agoChicago White Sox catcher Yasmani Grandal left Saturday's game with left hamstring tightness. He was grabbing at his left leg after his second at-bat of the game, and then was pulled after trying to stretch it out a bit. Grandal went 2-for-2 before being pulled from the game. It is unfortunate timing for Grandal, as he was beginning to heat up at the plate with four hits in his last five at-bats. If Grandal is to miss time, look for Reese McGuire to take over as the White Sox primary catcher. Stay tuned for more updates as Grandal continues to be evaluated.
