X-Rays Negative On Nolan Arenado
5 years agoColorado Rockies third baseman Nolan Arenado's (toe) X-rays came back negative after he left the game early on Thursday after fouling a ball off his left big toe. “This was the second X-ray, so I’m obviously a little concerned with it,” Arenado said, adding that he hoped he would be able to play this weekend against the Dodgers. He initially injured the toe last weekend against the Padres and it's been bothering him since. The All-Star should be able to play through the injury this weekend, and his fantasy owners hope the toe doesn't negatively affect his production. The 28-year-old has been extremely productive yet again in 2019, slashing .328/.388/.589 with 18 homers, 56 runs, 60 RBI and two steals. If he's in Colorado's lineup, he should be in yours.
