Tyler Glasnow Done In By Four-Run First Inning
5 years agoTampa Bay Rays starter Tyler Glasnow allowed four runs in the first inning of the Rays 6-1 loss to the Astros in Game 5 of the ALDS. Glasnow made it only 2 2/3 innings and that first inning sunk the Rays chances. The future is bright for the young hurler and this playoff experience hopefully will help him down the road. But it certainly must sting for now after pitching 4 1/3 innings of solid baseball in Game 1. Glasnow was among the fantasy elite in the first few months of the season but injuries derailed his breakout campaign. He carries tons of fantasy potential heading into the offseason.
