2 years agoVancouver Canucks goaltender Thatcher Demko tallied his first shutout of the season Thursday with a 33-save effort in a 3-0 win over Chicago. The 27-year-old now boasts an 8-3-2 record through his last 13 starts, finishing off the season very strongly after previously having a horrible time. Despite the recent improvement, Demko's overall record for the season still stands at a disappointing 12-14-4, and he has posted a 3.25 goals-against average with a .898 save percentage. He'll be looking to produce a big bounce-back season in 2022-23, and his recent performances are certainly promising regarding Demko's chances of becoming a reliable option again for fantasy managers.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
